HELP!! My computer doesn't boot without key pressed/ touchpad malfunction!!!!

Plz help me if you can. My computer doesn't boot when is reaches the DELL screen display unless a key is pressed and when is boots, the mouse moves but does not click unless a key is pressed.

Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks!
