My new laptop's 5548 battery suddenly drop from around 13-14 percent down to 7 percent. Is this normal?

Today I purchased 5548 laptop and did some tests. I tested the batteries 2 times and found that it drop from 13-14 percent down to 7 percent after just a few seconds.
