If I press the power button on the laptop to start it, the keyboard backlight comes on for a second then goes out and the laptop doesn't power up. Nothing appears on the screen, no BIOS etc. This is intermittent - after four or five tries the laptop gets started then runs fine.
The symptoms are similar booting from cold or waking from sleep and regardless of state of battery or if running off AC. Dell's diagnostics doesn't show any problems.
Any suggestions what I should do? I've not found anything similar here or via Google.
