I save all my music library files to an external HD on my Inspiron 15. I attached a second external HD, intending to back up the main library drive--but the second drive doesn't show up in "My Computer" or anywhere else. I know the computer recognized it--it told me I'd get better performance if I used a USB 3.0 port. Any ideas how to access the second HD? Thanks.
