I have been trying to get into my Inspiron Duo for days now but can only use it as a guest. My Microsoft account password isn't recognised and I have been unable to reset it despite trying several times. I hoped to try something else but it keeps asking for an administrator password. I don't remember ever setting one. Can anyone help. I would have done a factory reset but can't. It originally came with Windows 7 loaded but I upgraded to windows 8.1.
