Hi, guys! I have a dell xps 13 (2015 Model) and I'm having a serious problem today. It started at trackpad stop working. This happened several times before. ( I've always thought this is not going to happen again because I checked and installed the last update for trackpad which dell released at March) My experience is to restart the laptop. So I did it, I restarted the laptop, and it came back to work, but like only five minutes, then trackpad stopped working again. Then, I restarted it again, but this time it was more worse, it can not be restarted properly. Currently, it's stuck at Dell loading logo........ and it's stuck there like half an hour.......I used to have an old Dell laptop, but not XPS. Every time when I encounter a boot failure, I go into BISO menu and start laptop in a safe mode. But I can't find a enter BISO menu option when windows starts. So, anyone had this problem before or anyone who knows a solution to it.
