Dell Latitude E3550 WWAN CARD

Hello, 

I recently purchased a Dell Latitude E3550 laptop and in the seller's description it had specified

WWAN Ready (Antenna, no WWAN module).

Can you please tell me if I can add a WWAN card so that i can connect to the internet with a SIM card ? And if yes, does Dell sell these?
