I requested service for my recently purchased tablet on May 29 and was informed that the unit would be repaired within two business days per our contract. I specified that I really needed the service performed promptly as I wanted it when I went into the hospital the following Friday. I waited for calls that never came. Finally realizing I would have to rely on my very reliable Nexus tablet I set up email there only to find numerous emails requesting alternate phone numbers. Here's a tip: when a customer's computer dies there is at least a possibilty that they don't have email access. I have one phone that has been functioning fine. Tip two: LEAVE A MESSAGE. Most recently I received an email from Peter William Salali saying he tried to call but the phone rang once and nothing happened. Tip three: TRY AGAIN.
It has now been 12 business days and I have yet to receive my "two business day service". At best this has been an exercise in how NOT to provide customer service. At worst it is a breach of contract.
I originally requested an advance replacement since the screen and motherboard need replacing, only to be told that my contract did not allow for that. Considering this breach in what I did contract for I expect my computer to be replaced or repaired by the end of this week. Otherwise I will pursue assistance in returning the device for a full refund of my purchase price.
