DELL INSPIRION 1545, dell wireless 1397 mini card, UPGRADE HELP

Hi i went into device manager and saw i have a dell wireless 1397 mini card.

That is exactly what it says, however i want to upgrade it so i can use 5ghz connection

Can anyone tell me any cards which i can use which are compatible with my laptop
