I am trying to do a Dell Factory Image restore on my Dell XPS 15 running Windows 7 Home Premium. I followed the directions in the manual and everything was fine until I was told to select "Dell Factory Image Restore". This option is not listed on the screen. The options listed are: "Startup Repair", "System Restore", "System Image Recovery", "Windows Memory Diagnostic", "Command Prompt" and "Dell DataSafe Restore and Emergency Backup". None of these options allow me to restore the original factory settings.
I have purchased a new laptop and am giving this XPS 15 to my daughter and I want to clear everything off the disk and restore it to the original factory image. Can anybody help?
