Just got the Inspiron 7000 with Win 8.1 pro. I want to sync my address and calendar with Outlook 2013 like I could with my old Inspiron running Win 7 Pro but there is no mobile device center anymore. My phone is paired with the laptop. But when I try to added to devices it doesn't see it even though it shows up under Bluetooth device as paired. It shows paired but not connected. How do I connect and sync. Can I even do that? I tried resting my Outlook address book from my Carbonite backup but for some reason it is not there. My address book is also out on Google, is there a way a maybe can get it from there. Not liking the fact I cannot sync my phone anymore.
