Touchpad sroll problem

Hi everybody,

I have a Dell Inspiron 7520., Italian keyboard version.  

After having installed some drivers update through a program called DriverToolkit, my touchpad does not work anymore when it comes to scrolling either for web pages or word documents etc. 

Could you tell me how to fix the issure? Actually for the rest the touchpad does work but not for this function...I tried to download and re install the driver from Dell website but until now it didn't solve the problem.
