I have dell XPS L702X which i bought at 2011. For some reason I need to re-install OS on my laptop, and since i lost my driver CD that bundled with my laptop, I downloaded all driver needed from dell support, including dell quick set apps which I think have various function including keyboard back light settings, but both driver provided which is Version 11.0.10, A03 and Version 11.0.22, A04 failed to provide keyboard back light setting. My question is this caused by my hardware damaged or is that version of dell quick set not including keyboard back light?
