Part number for USB Circuit Board on a Dell XPS L502x in the UK?

Hi there,

I bought a Dell XPS L502x in the UK a few years ago, and it arrived with a physically broken USB 3 port. Now I need to send the laptop for repair and would like provide the USB port myself to save some money. Do you know the part number in the UK?

From the pictures that I've seen, the UK model seems to be different from the US one. In both cases, it's a circuit board that has two USB 3 ports, but in the US it's on the rear-right corner, while in the UK is on the rear-left corner.

For this reason, I'm not sure the part KTYJ8 would work. Or would it?
