SAVING MY ALIENWARE

So I have been having my Alienware m14x for quite a while... 3 years I guess. Lately I think that the system is getting slower and I don't like it :P. So what I wanted to ask is.. Is it possible to send my laptop to Dell for maintenance? If there is, how can I do that? By the way, I am from Malaysia.
