Has anyone ran into issues getting a replacement keyboard from dell under there warranty for the Inspiron 7737? I had to send my computer to there depot for them to fix stuff in the machine and when I got it back my keys on the keyboard stick. I called them close to two weeks ago and am still waiting on the part. I keep getting a song and dance from there tech support about back order.
I have paid good money for the Warranty and next day service and it has almost been two weeks. This is not typical of Dell usually. But, it has become such a sticking point to my wife that this might be the nail in the coughin for me buy more dells. She has even got to the point she wants to contact the Soliciting General to file a complaint.
