I continue to have issues with my Dell XPS 12 laptop. Last Thursday I turned on my computer but the screen would not come up. The power was on and the keyboard lit up but nothing showed up on the screen. Dell sent out a tech on Friday to replace the motherboard which apparently had fixed the issue. However when trying to power up my laptop today all I get is a keyboard that flashes on and off and nothing shows up on the screen. Dell of course can't send a tech to check out until tomorrow and doesn't have a store that I can take the laptop to to try and fix today. Need suggestions or tips on what I could possibly do to try and get the laptop to work.
I have already tried holding down the power button for 5, 10, and 30 seconds, tried holding the function key and power button down at the same time but nothing has worked. I can't even power the laptop off now.
PLEASE HELP!
