Dell Inspiron 14R-n5437 won't run the Dell loading screen

Hello,

I'm using a Dell Inspiron 4R-n5437 that was purchased last year. Everything was fine until I applied some Window 7 update and now my laptop won't start anymore.

Normally, when I turned on the laptop, a Dell start screen will show up and start to load the loading bar. After the Window update, my laptop restarted and stop in the Dell start screen. The loading bar won't load anymore but the BIOS and boot option was still lit up when I hit F2 or F12, but I can't go into those options since the loading bar won't load.

Can anyone help me with this problem? I'm a college student right now so purchasing a new piece of hardware would be financially impossible for me. I can provide pictures of the system if you need some more information.
