Dear Dell Engineers,
my congratulations on another faulty piece of hardware that you have created!
This time this is a Dell Latitude 3340. The problem is exactly the same as described in many other threads on this forum - some keys repeeating twice when entering text on internal keyboard.
I've tried three(!!) different samples (according to the sticker, they all were produced on Dec 14, 2014) received as a replacement and all of them were affected by this issue, no matter what OS and/or BIOS was installed.
Currently I'm running on my laptop a Windows 8.1 Pro with a latest drivers and BIOS version (A07) installed and still has this annoying issue (not quite often though, but still do).
As far as I know this defect was fixed with a latest BIOS update for some other models from the Latitude family. Therefore, would you be so kind to provide this fix for the Dell 3340 somehow?
