Please follow the steps below to run the diagnostics for the Battery on the system.
1. Open the link http://dell.to/11MXNII
2. Select ‘Component’ under ‘Choose a Diagnostic Type’.
3. Select ‘Battery’ under ‘Make a selection’.
4. Click on ‘Run Diagnostics’ button.
5. Let me know the results.
This test will compare the current battery life to the design life. Under normal operating conditions, battery life degrades over time and use. This test will help users to understand if shortened battery life is due to a structural issue with the battery.
