So I like to think that I am pretty tech savvy but this one has even me completely flabbergasted. So in the process of installing system updates my laptop has gone berserk. So wha would normally happen is on reboot the computer would "install updates" and then "configure windows" during this process windows gets to 35% and then restarts. I have tried running the f12 boot diagnostic and nothing comes up as wrong or malfunctioning. I am running out of ideas here my last resort is to factory resetting my laptop and I really don't want to as I did not have the chance to back up anything.
