Got the new XPS 13 (2015), and as EVERYBODY mentioned (for example here: http://forum.notebookreview.com/threads/xps-13-one-of-the-worst-touchpads-ever.770504/ and countless times on your own community website: http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/laptop/f/3518/t/19616659 ) I have the same touchpad issue.
I called Customer Service today only to request the operator forwards my complaint to higher management.
He wasn't aware of any issues affecting the new XPS 13 touchpad. Obviously.
But I believe that the more people report the issue, the less DELL will be able to ignore it. Time will tell.
DELL, please provide a new touchpad driver !
