I thought my journey will go on years after years but unfortunately I was wrong. I am associated with Dell since 2005 bought 15 laptop in total including for my office. But the performance of the laptops going down and down.
I am tolerating problem with my Dell inspiron 15R N5010 since 2 years. Laptop shut down automatically with click sound even during the important work, I don't play games just watch movies and view images and during this task it gets shut down. I imagine if I would have played games in this piece It would not have start again. I am also using Sony laptop hp laptop they didn't create any problem till date. If there is an internal problem dell should release bios update because many people have complained the same issues. If the problem doesn't get resolve I will never purchase any laptop manufactured by dell. Even hardware test does not get succeed due to its automatically shut down issue during the operation.laptop configuration is i3 Intel, Toshiba 320 gb hdd, and 512 graphics card, 4gb ram
