I’m totally disappointed in Dell and will never do business with them again. I hope no one else will either. I have been a Dell customer for over 20 years. All my computer equipment has been Dell. This last year I have had multiple problems. I purchased a 7” dell tablet last year in June 2014; I lost it in Nov 2014. I contact Dell and they sold me another tablet 8”. Before I received it I found my 7” tablet. I informed Dell they stated I could send the 8” tablet back if I did want it. I tried it and decided to keep the 8” tablet. I immediately started having problem with the 8” tablet and sent back several times. Dell finally stated there was a problem with that model that was being corrected and they would get back to me. THEY NEVER DID. In December of 2014 I purchased an All in one desk top from Dell. All of a sudden Dell started contacting me regarding payments on my account. I make payment every month. There was no notice that my payment had increased. Then I was a little late at Christmas and contacted Dell and they removed the late payment. Now I get 20 calls a day stating I’m getting ready to be sent to a collection agency. After all the years of doing business with Dell they have no appreciations of their customers. I AM DONE DELL and have paid them off with and low interest company which Dell will not do also. VERY UNFRIENDLY COMPANY
