XPS 12-9Q33: Error 0x4001001300001002

Hello,

I am trying to restore my laptop to factory settings, but I am getting this error continuously at 99% during "Restoring your System." 

After this, I can only boot from my USB stick to Dell Recovery or Windows Boot Manager. From Dell Recovery, the HD restore doesn't work either. 

No errors on preboot diagnostics, except for my dead battery (if there is somewhere I can replace this, I'd like to know).

I'd greatly appreciate any help with this issue!
