DELL inspirion n4050 bios boot issue

Hi

I have an n4050 , the bios will see the boot options only if I will shut off the computer for 5-10 min,

I think it’s a Bios issue but I already have the latest bios 08 . 

if I will turn the pc after waiting I can get to my Hard Drive but if I will restart or turn off and on it will boot only to network , this is the only option in boot option I can see .
