Bought a new Dell Inspiron 14-5447 few months ago.
The wifi connection is very week, cannot get any signal at more than 5 m distance. Dell's support adviced me to update the driver (http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=T3FHP&fileId=3395646633&osCode=WB64A&productCode=inspiron-14-5447-laptop&languageCode=EN&categoryId=NI), but it didn't help at all.
Dell's thecnical service confirm that the computer has this problem and replaced it, but the new computer (also Dell Inspiron 14-5447) has the same problem. Dell's support had no more solutions for me.
is there any solution to the problem?
Cannot use the computer at the monent altough bought it few monthes ago.
I can provide the serial number, if required.
