Dell XPS 15 wont turn on

I have had thie XPS 15 for only 2 or 3 weeks and now it won't turn on at all, regardless of whether power is plugged in or not (on battery).

Over last 2 or 3 days ive had problems turning it on, had to press button many times before it woulr turn on but this morning i must have pressed the button 100 times and its completely dead.
