My Father bought me a new Dell laptop, it was working fine but a few weeks later, my laptop encounter a problem saying like this" PC ran into an error, we'll have to restart for you" and when it restarted the screen now displays "No boot device found, press any key to reboot".
Now, I've searched over the net and into various DELL forums and i found out that most people encounter the same problem. I tried their so-called solutions about the boot device order but my screen is showing something different like there's no boot device order. Occassionally, the windows boot manager appears in the boot menu but when i click enter, the screen will restart and would display a message " Insert windows installation disc or if you don't have the disc contact your service provider. The windows boot manger is missing or have errors" and then the screen would display the steps if I inserted the disc that I must choose the "repair my computer".
I've also run the diagnostics and my hard drive is not detected every time this happens, the PC error also occurs whenever I move my laptop, I adjust my screen, or the table (where my laptop is) is suddenly moved. So, Can someone give me an advice on what to do next??
