Hi everybody I just want to inform you that I have been blocked to answer a case I opened today. A case in which Dell support committed to swap my machine and after that they never show up and denied everything. I am answering Mr. EJN63 who tried to defend the support and telling him the following:
I appreciate being eager to defend this case which for me is as if you are trying to play with a losing card. I just want you to know that this type of laptops is a available here in the market but with different screen size but at the time I wanted to purchase the 15 inch it was not available. Therefore the distributor here promised to get me the 15 inches one but the time to get it was out of my schedule therefore I had to get it from the U.S. So please don't try to defend the case with false information. By the way your way shows how unfair you are by trying to defend a mess. Why? Because you are only focusing on the part that suits you while you are neglecting and completely ignoring the fact of the phone call I received from the support and the commitment they gave to swap the machine. Before receiving this phone call I decided to concider the money I wasted on this laptop as a donation to a homeless and was going to forget about it since it doesn't deserve all the time I'm wasting; but not after receiving a phone call and a commitment to client satisfaction by the support. And what a satisfaction! !!! Did I ask them to call me and give false promises? After this I became a victim of a big lie from a big support. Do you think all what you have said can justify committing to swap the machine by a new one and then disappearing? My friend this is called a lie and who defends a liar is a partner in the crime. So it is better for you not to bet on a losing card.
