As the hardware diagnostics passed including the ‘Custom Test’ on optical drive, it seems that the system’s hardware is working fine and the issue is with the operating system. You may restore the system back to factory settings.
* Note: This step leads to complete data loss including pictures, music files, videos, documents and applications. Please disconnect any external peripherals as well.
