My newly bought laptop has various issues including:
1. Not waking from sleep mode
2. Unable to adjust brightness
3. BSOD on Windows 8.1 x64
All latest drivers and Windows updates have been installed. The BIOS file <<downloads.dell.com/.../3442A06.EXE>> was downloaded from:
