Hi Experts, Dell sales people says they dont have any batteries for Vostro 3500 model. Could you please help me where can i purchase genuine one. the current one is giving only 40 to 50 mins backup. I have got the following details when i executed battery status under dell support assist. Battery Name: DELL TY3P40A / Manufacturer name Type: Lion - Lithium Ion / Serial Number: 7497 / Full Charge capacity: 20.75 Wh / Designed Capapacity: 57.79wh Voltage: 12.59v.
I dont know how many cells but it used to give me around 4 hrs backup when i initially purchased
