Initially I was VERRY disappointed. I opened the box and….DOA (dead on arrival). Which means, here in Greece, after a couple of days they gave me the same laptop with a different set of batteries. Then I experienced a ghost touching in mouse pad. I decided to download all the drivers existed in Dell’s website. Unfortunately a driver for the Wi-Fi encounter a problem and Wi-Fi stopped working. This means no internet connection and no possibility to resolve it. So I did a clean installation of Windows again. Then started an extreme ghost problem. To resolve it I had to buy the Microsoft Arc in order to use my laptop without touching the screen. After this I downloaded I driver which improved things but the ghost problem remains not so often. I found that if I push a little the chassis under the mouse pad, things are working!!! Yeah. Now I have 2 small plastic "caps" under the mousepad and everything seems to work fine!!! I don’t want to mention other laptops brands but I had a lot of laptops in my life and the aforementioned experience is my first.
