I'm an unhappy owner of 5423 Inspiron14Z Ultrabook. After a year of use presented a serious problem. The machine connects to the internet by wi-fi and cable but does not access any site. I'm for weeks trying to solve the problem with Dell with no solution. Any procedure recommended by Dell resolves. I've never seen a machine that connects to the network and does not allow access to any site. Dell support in Brazil cannot resolve the problem or recommend me a technical assistance to solve. *** time I switched brands. For years I have HP equipment in the Office and at home and never had this kind of problem or support.
What should I do with this Dell equipment ?
