Had laptop 2 days and have had nothing but issues.
Initially had "Driver Power State Failure" error's when trying to get all the windows updates installed.
I have since upgraded the NVidia graphics driver to the latest version and installed BIOS A02 on it and have now got all the windows updates.
But the latest issue is when trying to install other software like visual studio 2013 to laptop freezes and does not respond to an external mouse or the trackpad and I have to force a restart to get it back, which then restarts the installer again. As I say its been 2 days and its a struggle to do anything for a long period of time on it.
I have just uninstalled the trackpad driver and reinstalled the latest version after reading posts on this site and will see how it goes, but I don't want to have to restore back to factory settings.
Is there a way to get the Windows 8.1 disks so I can do a clean install from scratch?
Thanks
Garry
