Hi,
I have noticed recently that when I unplug my laptop (DELL Inspiron 17 5000 series) from the charger to move around or take it somewhere (I have it plugged in most of the time), after a while, usually 10-15 mins after I unplug my PC, the computer will notify me that it has randomly " Encountered A Problem" and has to shut down.
This is clearly very infuriating as sometimes my work isn't saved and I have no opportunity to save before my computer shuts itself down. The computer is fine once rebooted and there is no evidence of any software problems however I would like to fix this problem as it is very frustrating.
If someone could tell me what is happening with this problem and how to fix it I would be very grateful.
