I am having a problem with the sensitivity of the touchpad on my Dell XPS 13 9343 laptop, it is way too sensitive, just moving the pointer can fire off things. When I first received the computer 5 weeks ago I was able to alter the touchpad. When I returned after 4 weeks holiday I found that the sensitivity had changed but now I can't alter it as the settings are not showing in the mouse section of control panel.
I have read different post and it would seem that the driver is not installed as it does not appear in the program section of control panel. As I have been unable to find what I believe to be the correct driver on the dell site I have tried drivers relating to different model laptops with no luck.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
