I've been surfing around the internet for answers about how this problem can be fixed, and people say that they should contact Dell Support. I've tried that but, the problem is that this laptop, Dell Inspiron 15 (3521), hasn't got any warranty nor, it has a installation media (as it didn't come with it). I'm not really good with computers and I don't know what caused this to happen. The operating system of this laptop is Windows 8.
