Hello. I bought my Dell Inspiron 15 3531 about a year ago. Everything was running smooth untill it suddenly died and refused to power on. My warranty is still on(ends on march 2016) but I am living in Brazil right now. How do I contact dell customer support? Does my warranty still applies in my country?
(About the issue: It simply doesn't power on. I connect the cable to a wall socket and the green led lights up, but when I plug the cord to the laptop, the green led turns off. I tried removing the battery and press the power button, nothing happens either.)
