After a clean install of 8.1 Pro, I cannot get to my touchpad settings. Under Windows 7, there was a touchpad icon in the tray and now nothing for 8.1 Pro. There is a touchpad section in the control panel under the mouse icon, but when you click on the settings link, it just cranks endlessly. I have removed and reinstalled the input driver from Dell, and no change. There is nothing attached and no other known issues with the installation.
