Hi,
I came across this problem this afternoon when I turned my laptop on. The battery isn't charging even though the laptop is plugged in. I then noticed the flashing orange lights.
So far my Google searches and combing through the forums for old posts haven't helped much.
I tried discharging the residual power and plugging it back in and I've attempted to update the BIOS but got an error message before I could run it. (Though the BIOS Dell suggest I install is older than the laptop).
Does anyone know of a solution?
