Inspiron 15 3543 system detect not working

Good Morning , ive had my lappy for about Jan 2015

things have been good

right now im trying to run system detect to do an update

every time i try and run i get an error saying Application cannot be started

this is in Admin mode or normal mode

here is the errors i get

hope someone can figure out why it wont start because of this
