Dell XPS 13 Warranty

Hi,

I bought a Dell XPS 13 from a retail provider. When I purchased it they said to contact Dell for the warranty extension to 3 years. I need to call within a month of purchase.

I've called all three numbers on the Dell Hong Kong website over the last few weeks. I've spoken to support staff and they all said they'd get back to me, and I've never heard back.

The contact support area provides no email contact address and no information.

The warranty extension link on the Dell XPS 13 support page is a broken link.

Could someone please contact me about the warranty extension.
