I ordered an Alienware 15 about 6 days ago (On the 31/3/15) and this is my current order status history:

It is now in the "ship from factory" stage of delivery, and it has been in that stage for 3 days. My question is: As the next stage of delivery is "In transit" what does that mean? I thought in transit was before it gets shipped, but my order status has highlighted the "ship from factory" stage, and I have received an email saying my order is ready to be shipped, and the ETA is the 10/4/15.I am very anxious to receive my laptop, and I am unsure if it should be in the "ship from factory" stage for this long. The stages after "in transit" are: With local courier, Delivered.
