Dell Inspiron 15 3542 Black border around the screen

Hi,

  I recently bought Dell Inspiron 15 3542 touchscreen laptop.Found that there is black border between the screen and the bezel.I tried changing resolution and upsating drivers but it didnt work.The screen is not accupying the full frame.There is a border of 1cm on all the sides between the bezel and the screen.
Is this an issue with screen or it is designed in that way?I found many facing this issue.
