My Dell XPS 15 (Windows 7) had trouble logging on this morning and then went to Dell Diagnostics when I rebooted. It gets to the "Were color bars displayed?(y/n)" screen and appears fine but then won't proceed when you hit "y." I tried rebooting and cutting go to setup or log on options with F2 or F12, or aborting diagnostics with ESC, but nothing happened when I hit those keys, and I went straight back to the color bars question. So, it seems maybe no input is passing through from the laptop. I want to know what's likely wrong? nd the solution to it
