UBS3.0 in U2415 FREZZE STARTING WINDOWS FROM MY XPS L501X

I have a DELL XPS L501X 184-640-753-17  and recently bought a MONITOR DELL U2415 with UBS 3.0 PORTS.

I have to unplug the UBS port of my laptop each time I start the machine if not windows frezze . When the Laptop is running I plug the USB 3.0 of the monitor and everything runs well.

I have updated all the drivers, I don't know what else could I do to fix this
