Thank you for the response. I went through the forums and the steps suggested by pmiddag. Looks like the issue was resolved by running a scan on the computer. You may try the following steps and see if it helps.
- Open an elevated command prompt. To do this, click Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> right-click Command Prompt -> click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow.
- At the command prompt, type the following command sfc /scannow -> press ENTER:.
- The sfc /scannow command scans all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with correct Microsoft versions.
