My XPS Ultrabook bought in late September 2012 ( Service Tag <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy>) has become unsusable due to mainboard hardware problems which render it impossible to charge the device a few months after warranty expiry. This is very disappointing and Dell Technical Support only offers a repair for 700+ EUR which is more than 2/3 of the price of a new device. I thought I had bought a premium device with superior durability and the disappointment sets in a short period after the 2 year warranty expires. Looks like a foul trade to me. This is how you lose an otherwise satisfied customer.
